When you create a Destiny Map, we collect the birth details you enter, including your date and time of birth, time zone, birth location, sex and twin status, together with the resulting Destiny Map. If you purchase a report, we also collect your selected report focus and keep the report and order details.

When you visit the website, we receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and error logs. We use cookies and browser storage to remember preferences. Where website analytics is enabled, analytics cookie storage remains disabled until you accept it through the cookie banner. Email is optional in the free Destiny Map form. If you provide it, we save your email address with your birth details and Destiny Map. Purchases require an email address so we can send payment confirmation and your report reading link. When you contact us, we collect your contact details and message. Without the birth details needed to calculate a Destiny Map, we cannot provide that service.

We use your information to create and save your Destiny Map, prepare purchased reports, send payment confirmations and report reading links by email, process payments, respond to enquiries, and keep the website secure and working. We also use website usage information to understand how the service is used and improve it.

Personalized reports are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence. This involves sending your birth details, Destiny Map and selected report focus to an AI service provider. We retain report generation inputs and outputs to prepare reports and check generation results. AI-generated interpretations may contain errors and do not replace professional advice.

We are based in Hong Kong. Some of the service providers we use process or store information outside Hong Kong. Where applicable law requires safeguards for overseas transfers, those requirements apply to our handling of your information.

We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, payment processing, email delivery, website security, website analytics and AI report generation. These providers process the information needed for their services, such as contact and order details for delivery, technical information for security and analytics, and birth details and Destiny Maps for report generation.

We share information with the service providers described above where needed to provide the service. This includes saved Destiny Maps, report content and purchase records. You can request deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
